Taking note that it has always been an expensive and labour-intensive task for companies and organizations to embark on a successful comprehensive branding campaign, Addge has invented a new technology, the "Repeated Customer Cross Analysis Technology" (also known as "RCCA Technology"), to help companies/organizations build up the branding of their products and services more easily.
This new revolutionary technology make use of and analyses the consumers' collective behaviour to determine how a consumer views, evaluates and rates a particular product or service when the consumer acquires experiential knowledge after using the product or service (or how the consumers rate an event after attending it if the specific service provided by a company/organization is an event).
To put it more simply, you can think of as when a consumer buys a particular product, it is because the consumer feels that the product is the best option and offers the best value at the time of the first purchase. However, if the consumer later notices that the product is not up to his/her expectation, the consumer will not buy this product again or he/she will buys less of this product and buy other brands instead. On the other hand, if the consumer feels that the product is good, he/she will definitely wants to buy it again. Thus, the consumer repeated purchase is also what we calls "an implicit vote of endorsement" on the product or service.
Having noted the limitations of current technologies and methods in the fields of customer retention rate calculations, customer retention analysis, product/service ranking systems, etc to provide a good solution to solve the persistent problem of the lack of "perfect information" for the consumer (in the field of microeconomics) when the consumer buys a product/service, the Addge "RCCA Technology" resolves many of these inherent problems with current methods through the use of derived factors to measure the true value of a product/service rather than trying to sum up an infinite list of primary factors which can affects consumer purchase decisions (of which the accuracy of the true value calculated by the existing companies using current methods can varies widely due to inconsistency in the different methodologies of summing and computing the numerous primary factors).
Using our new proprietary patent-pending "RCCA Technology" to power our free branding tool, AddgeRankTM, Addge hopes to help companies sell more of their products or services, while in the meantime help consumers acquire more "perfect information" when they buy a product/service by finding out the true value of the product/service.
