Qn 1: Can I write comments for a particular product or service on Addge.com?
Ans 1: Addge does not allow public comments or feedback to be posted alongside the products/services on Addge.com. This is because public testimonials and comments are very subjective and thus different people may have different opinions on different products/services. Moreover, there is also the ever-existing problem of false testimonials and biased comments/feedback misleading consumers. Hence, a pure statistical rating evaluation system such as AddgeRankTM will be more objective and accurate.
Qn 2: Can I rate a product or service with voting systems such as the "Fivestar Voting System"?
Ans 2: Addge do not provide an "input-based voting system" for users to vote as we would like to maintain the independence of AddgeRankTM as a pure statistical rating evaluation system, which is more objective. However, we do understand that there are a few highly authoritative rating systems such as the Cnet Voting System, Ebay Voting System, etc, which have been very helpful to consumers. Thus, we hope our AddgeRankTM rating (AR 1.0 - 10.0) can serve as a good complement to existing "input-based voting systems", to help consumers in making their buying decisions.
Qn 3: Why is it I am unsuccessful in the lead user application even though I signed up for the order quite early?
Ans 3: As we try to find the best value products to offer to our customers at Addge, some products will inevitably be sold out quickly filling up the limited quotas, and some products might not be able to generate interest to attract sufficient lead users to begin statistical evaluation. Thus, in such cases, you might not be successful in your lead user application.

Qn 1: I noticed some items on certain pages are not loading properly. Is there any problems with these pages?
Ans 1: The Addge portal is built and optimized for the latest MS Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla Firefox 6. Though extra due care has been taken to enhance backwards compatibilities with older browsers, there might exist the possibilities that some older browsers do not support some of the latest interactive features used by the Addge portal.
Hence, to ensure a smooth surfing experience at Addge, please use the latest MS Internet Explorer 9 or Mozilla Firefox 6.
